I have a Kubota B7100HST I will be selling and have no idea of what is a fair price to ask for it. I have owned it from brand new and it has just shy of 1200 hours. Maintenance has been done on schedule and I have never had a problem with the tractor. It has always been parked in the garage and it is in very good condition including the tires and there are no fluid leaks. I just had it to the dealers for replacement of all fluids and filters, a new alternator belt and a new exhaust. I have also replaced the seat as the old one was cracked. I will be selling it with a Kubota 60' mid mount mower and a Kubota 50' front mount snow blower, both in very good condition. When I asked the Kubota sales person, he thought I could get about $6,000 for the whole package. When I talked with the service guy he offered me $3,200.
Anyone recently bought or sold something similar?
Opinions on what I should expect to get for it?
Thanks!

But it's not necessarily the monetary value that's important. For a lot of people it's the satisfaction of saving a bit of farming heritage and the pleasure of using it to work or take to events and rallies.
Thats all very well and good but your little pride and joy does have a monetary value and its condition, rarity and whether there is anything out of the ordinary about it will affect its value. You can check out some sample guide prices below.
There are three grades as follows:-
Grade 1: Not running & dragged from the hedge condition.
Grade 2: Needs work but it runs.
Grade 3: Restored to a high standard.
Grade 2: Needs work but it runs.
